Born in Tokyo. Graduated from the School of Commerce, Meiji University.
Taught himself programming during university and launched a web-production business as a student. He went on to broaden his business experience through store operations and sales-company management, building expertise on both the frontline and management sides of business. Integrating these insights, he launched his own web service, which he ran for three years before selling it through an M&A buyout.
For his next challenge, he turned his attention to how deeply "living environment" shapes a person's life, and founded YASHIRO Real Estate Inc. Drawing on his years of independent research into quantum mechanics, he has systematized his own framework for "what makes a property have good energy and fortune." He continues to pursue not just property introductions, but the creation of a "place" that turns a resident's life in a better direction.
His hobby is travel — drawing inspiration from architecture and spaces around the world is a lifelong pursuit.

Akiko Takeda
Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Kunitachi College of Music.
After working as a television timekeeper, she built a career at the forefront of the entertainment industry — leading music and sound production and casting for numerous globally recognized titles, including the opening-act music for the "PRIDE" and "DREAM" combat-sports events, the anime "Hell Girl," and the worldwide hit games "Hogwarts Legacy" and "Cyberpunk 2077."
She founded a sound-production company in 2019 and currently also serves as head of a voice-actor talent agency. In 2025, she began working as a radio DJ ("Ako") on FM Yokohama.
Through years of breathing life into creative works via "sound and voice," and moving audiences through expression, she came to understand firsthand that "a single resonance can dramatically change the atmosphere and energy of a place." She applies this insight to living environments, defining the process of tuning a home as preparing the "stage for one's life." Placing importance on the "resonance" between a space and its resident, she pursues homes that let the sounds, voices, and inner energy of daily life circulate positively — bringing rich resonance to life itself. Beyond simple brokerage, she works to propose the "ultimate place" where a resident's life begins to resonate ever more comfortably.
