*Standalone spatial assessments not tied to a property contract, or more complex environmental-engineering / Feng Shui assessments, are available on request (ASK).
In the rare event that you terminate your lease early after moving in because the property's "energy doesn't suit you" or "your performance has declined," the following guarantee applies:
- Move out within 6 months: your next brokerage fee is waived entirely (JPY 0).
- Move out within 1 year: your next brokerage fee is reduced by half.
